Pronounced "fresh-eh-net", our sparkling wines or cavas are made in the classic méthode champenoise tradition. It's a difficult and lengthy process, but well worth the effort. In fact, just recently The Wall Street Journal named us "Best of Tasting" and a "Best Value" in a recent sampling of sparkling wines from around the world. Our award winning sparkling wines include: Cordon Negro Brut, Cordon Negro Extra Dry, Carta Nevada Brut, Carta Nevada Semi Dry, Cordon Rosado Brut, Spumante, and Brut Reserva 2008.
