Cava Glaze for Donuts

Combine 2 cups powdered sugar with 1/2 cup Brut Cava adding enough powdered sugar to reach desired thickness.
Top off with a few pinches of cinnamon sugar.
Dip donut of your choice (our favorite is apple cider) and let sit until glaze soaks through the donut.
Garnish with 2 pumpkin seeds.
