Cut 12 lemons in half and scoop out insides until hollow.
Combine 1 cup pink lemonade with 2 gelatin packets. Let sit for 2 min.
Heat juice over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
Add 1 cup Freixenet Extra Dry Cava and pour into the lemon halves.
Refrigerate for 4 hrs.
Once set, cut lemon halves into quarters and serve.
