Freixenet Blanc de Blancs is our creamiest style Brut and a perfect introduction to Cava. Produced using the method champenoise technique with the traditional Cava varietals, Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada. This Brut style sparkling has been aged for up to 15 months on the yeast.

The Blanc de Blancs carries a refreshingly light and smooth taste. The baked apple and vanilla flavors create a velvety soft mouthfeel on the finish.

Freixenet Blanc de Blanc is Brut style made from a blend of native grapes from the Catalunya region of Spain. After 10 to 12 days, the wine is racked and clarified as the blend is readied for bottling. The secondary fermentation is in caves for up to 15 months.
