Opening a Bottle of Freixenet

Follow these simple steps, and you’ll be opening bottles of bubbly like an expert!
1. Remove the foil and loosen the wire cage – keep a hand or a towel covering the cork in case the pressure pops it prematurely.
2. Tilt the bottle away from guests
3. Hold the cork firmly, and twist the bottle (not the cork) – ease the cork out so that you hear a soft “sigh”. Or let it pop and make it a party!
Voila! You are ready to pour.
